Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long are the shipping times?

Orders will be processed in 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times will vary but East Coast Canada and US will be approximately 3 to 5 days, while West Coast will be 5 to 7 days.

2. How much is the shipping fee?

Caring Cuppa Tea currently delivers teas to Canada and US.
We charge shipping cost as follows:
East Coast Canada: $12.00 CAD
West Coast Canada: $16.00 CAD
East Coast US: $20.00 CAD
West Coast US: $22.00 CAD

3. What is your return policy?

We have a 20 days return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at supp.caringcuppateas@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. What is the exceptions on the return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

5. Where is the product shipped from?

Our teas are sourced from the best suppliers and tea estates from around the world. It is packaged from Ontario, Canada.
