About Caring Cuppa Tea

Caring Cuppa Tea is a Canadian online tea shop selling loose-leaf teas. Our mission is to promote the healthy benefit of loose-leaf teas while providing tasty, rich aroma, and ethically produced teas. We are committed in having a positive impact in people and the community.

 

We provide our customer only ethically produced Teas. Our teas are sourced from the best suppliers and tea estates from around the world and packaged in Ontario, Canada with care. Whenever possible we strive to find organic or high mountain grown teas that need the least amount or no  pesticides.

Our teas are packaged in eco-friendly pouches. The pouches we use is made with 40 to 60% (by weight) renewable wood pulp starch. Wood pulp starch is completely Oxo-degradable. These pouches are tested with USA ASTM D-6868 and D-6400 standard and it confirms that 100% of the wood pulp starch based portion will be dissolved in healthy compostable in approximately 180 days with a residential composting environment facility. As much as possible, we try to minimize our ecological footprint by using recyclable or compostable packaging and shipping supplies.
